APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• A $25.00 application fee is required with each application.
• Each applicant must be at least 21 years of age and be able to sign lease.
• Each applicant must complete a separate application if married, both parties must sign the application.
• All applicants must furnish a photo ID at time of application.
• All applicants must qualify for the rental. The applicant must have good income, credit, and past rental history.
• Your income must be 4 times the rent amount. All applicants must supply us with good and accurate income and proof of income.
• All applicants are required to obtain a credit report.
• We do not accept copies of credit reports.
• Owner verification must be verifiable.
• We do not allow pets in our rental properties.
• Renters insurance is suggested and available. It is not a requirement.
